When working with natural brows, before we can whip them into shape you need as much brow hair to work with as possible so I’m going to share my top tips to growing those brows in as quickly as possible including one bonus tip that can also make you look younger!

If you’re growing your brows in leave me a comment below and let me know which of these you’re going to be adding in to your routine!

You’re gonna know all my secrets to growing in thick lush brows which you can then redesign to create your perfect brows with the help of my YouTube video on designing brow shape, I’ll pop a link in below so you can check that out too.

First of all, please have patience and stick with it, your hairs’ growth cycle is around 90 days so it is going to take a bit of time to see your brows really start to thicken, especially if you’ve been tweezing or waxing them a lot but following these tips you should start to see results quickly

1 Inside out, you need to put good stuff in for your body to use so make sure you're drinking plenty of water, getting your vitamins and plenty of good fats. You can get vitamin supplements formulated to support hair growth so you can check those out at a chemist

2 Don't tweeze, hide your tweezers, you might take out hairs you eventually need to create that perfect shape and if you keep tweezing at them you’ll never get there, you can use brow makeup to fill gaps and concealer to clean up the shape while they're growing in

3 Talking of makeup, don't use a brow pencil, the waxy texture can pull out delicate hairs trying their best to poke through so stick to a powder, gels can be as bad as you need to really scrub to get some of them off so stick to powder and try and be makeup free as much as you can

4 On the same note, please don't use face wipes, they aren't that good for your skin anyway but they too can pull on those new hairs, stick to a gentle cleanser and keep them clean and free of any build up

5 Groom your brows daily to encourage them to grow in the direction that you want, you can just use an clean mascara brush to comb them gently into place

6 Exfoliate very gently once a week to help keep those hair follicles clear and unclog any that may be blocked

7 Apply castor oil before bed to promote growth, when I included this step I saw a real boost in my brow hair really quickly, you can also pop it on your lashes too if you don’t have lash extensions on to help them grow strong and thick too, just be sure to properly cleanse it off in the morning before you do your makeup tho!

The final tip I have is MASSAGE! Massaging not only your brows but the area around them and your forehead promotes blood flow to the area and can stimulate hair follicles to encourage hair growth so incorporating a brow and forehead massage a few times a week can make a huge difference.

So there we have it, this is what I’m doing and how I brought my own brows back from the brink!!

Make sure you're getting plenty of water and vitamins, don't tweeze, baby those new hairs, don't let anything pull on them, exfoliate once a week, use castor oil each night and massage, I’ll link to my video on how to create a new shape for your brows if you’re not going to a professional for them done
